Will there be a home inspection? admin | April 27, 2019 In almost all cases there will NOT be a formal home inspection. Typically someone from our team will come out to meet with you and do a home walkthrough. Most of the time this is all we need. If there is a major structural concern with the home though, there is a chance we will want a specialist to take a look at it. You will not have to pay for any of this and we will take care of the repair.
